Our criminal group provide legal advice and planning to help our clients free from criminal litigation, including all the parties involved in criminal laws, such as criminal suspect, witness and any other relative persons.

Criminal Defend

In investigation period, we give the suspect legal advice, file petitions and complaints, and apply to bail the suspect out. In the stage of review and prosecution, as a appointed lawyer, we can meet our clients, consult the judicial documents and collect and obtain evidence. In the process of adjudication, we will be the defender for criminal suspects and defendants, as well as the agent ad litem in a case of private prosecution and an incidental civil action.
