Our firm is currently comprised of 37 partners and over 100 other employees including associates lawyers, legal assistants and secretaries. Way-To-Justice attorneys and associated staffs graduated from first rate institutions of higher learning, including domestic schools, such as Nanjing University, China University of Political Science and Law, Southwest College of Political Science and Law, East China University of Political Science and Law, Suzhou University, etc; Way-To-Justice lawyers also regularly participate in specialized legal training abroad and in Hong Kong. Several of our partners have also received a LL.M. from institutions in the United States, UK and other countries.
