Shen Yongming : Director of Way-To-Justice, graduated from Law School of Nanjing University and engaged in lawyer career from 1986. He is one of the “Top Ten Lawyers” in Jiangsu Province, Famous lawyer. And he is also a Arbitrator both in Nanjing and Suzhou. Moreover, he takes part in some social organizations, such as being the member of Jiangsu Bar Association, special invited supervisor for Jiangsu government, the member of Jiangsu committee of Jiusan Society, and so on.

Ma Guoqiang : Vice-Director, graduated from East China College of Political Science and Law. He was engaged in lawyer career from 1994 and is a famous lawyer too. He is the standing director of provincial branch of Jiangsu Bar Association.

Ma Hongxing : Vice-Director, graduated from Southwest College of Political Science and Law, engaged in lawyer career from 1990, has a concurrent post as the director of Jiangsu Law Society and the arbitrator of Nanjing and Zhenjiang.

Gao Zhiqing : Vice-Director and the Director of Wuxi Branch, graduated from law college of Nanjing University, was engaged in lawyer career from 1996. He is the arbitrator of Wuxi Arbitration Commission.
Dai Xuchu : Director of Changzhou Branch, graduated from Law School of Peking University and engaged in lawyer career from 1992. He is also the arbitrator of Changzhou and Yancheng Arbitration Commission.
