1999年1月，经江苏省司法厅批准，在两家省直属律师事务所合并的基础上，江苏联盛律师事务所（“联盛”）正式创立。数年来，“联盛”吸引众多高素质律师人才加盟，强化法律服务质量控制体系的建设，以高水平、高效率的专业法律服务赢得客户的信赖和社会各界的认可。“联盛”连续五年律师业务总量全省第一，成为一家有广泛国际业务合作、国内领先的大型综合性律师事务所。

An introduction to the “Way-To-Justice”
With approval from the Jiangsu Province Judiciary in January
of 1999, the Jiangsu Way-To-Justice Law Firm was founded in
the rock solid combination of two provincial law firms. Since
then, Way-To-Justice has added several high quality lawyers
of great ability to its ranks. Our
emphasis on developing a unique quality control system for
our lawyers and providing superior, efficient and professional
legal services has won the trust of our clients and the acknowledgment
of our community. The total five-year volume of our “legal
services provided” ranks number one in Jiangsu Province. We
have quickly become a large-scale full service law firm capable
not only of cooperation in broad international projects, but
of leading in domestic lawyering as well.
Throughout our many years of practical legal experience,
Way-To-Justice Law Firm has successfully implemented a distinctive
